Berlin, August 2012. “Germany should place the emphasis on integrating the change in energy policy at an EU level”, said Günther Oettinger, EU Energy Commissioner, at the 3rd Handelsblatt Annual Conference “Renewable Energy” (27 to 29 August 2012) in Berlin. Around 250 decision-makers from the world of politics, the energy sector and industry discussed current trends surrounding the political, economic and technical development of renewable energy.
